My jvc smart tv is not loading u tube or Netflix it just stays on the logo is there anything I can do?
JA: Are you getting any error messages when you try to connect to Netflix?
Customer: No nothing
JA: How is your Internet connection? Have you tried unplugging your modem and router, then plugging them back in?
Customer: Yes I have done all that plus have just phoned sky and they have said I have a strong connection
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I’ve also unplugged tv and tried connecting with Ethernet cable aswell

Unfortunately, I do not see those steps in the manual for your model but you can call JVC and they should be able to assist you.
