I’ve moved my tv to the uk from Spain and although the tv works it won’t connect to the internet, I’ve got to the user agreement page but the remote won’t move across to agree
JA: What is the model of your TV?
Customer: 43UJ620V-ZA
JA: What menu options can you access, if any?
Customer: The home button brings up all the internet channels like Netflix but when I push press to play/open it goes to a screen that say user agreements, the remote will go across the screen to everywhere but the agree button
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No just how to agree or connect
