Customer: Sorry. I bought a new TV on Wednesday 14th October from my local store. The model number is ***** I programmed it but every morning I have to retune it after being shut down overnight. It appears to not be saving the information. Can you help?

This is a known software problem with some LG TVs.

To stop it happening, go to
Settings > All Settings > Programmes > Programme Tuning & Settings > Programme List Update (Switch Off)
