JA: Is there a particular streaming service you're trying to connect to (e.g. Netflix or YouTube)?
Customer: channel four but it’s on all of them
JA: How is your Internet connection? Have you tried unplugging your modem and router, then plugging them back in?
Customer: Yep nothing wrong with it. My Samsung in the other room is ok
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

I do need the actual mode that is just a partial series.
As a next step go into the lg menu under general or option and select the factory reset or reset option and it will prompt you to connect to WiFi from there.
