What is the Brand and Model Number? (you will find this info on a sticker on the back of the tv)
What are you watching when this happens? (Antenna, cable/satellite box, basic coax cable feed, streaming service, Netflix, dvd, etc)
There is a call option available to purchase on your screen.
The model info is on the back. All wall mounts tip/tilt out far enough to access the connections and info on back.
Again that is not a valid model, it is a partial series.
There is a reset option, in the LG setup menu.
