We are still having problems with our Sky tv - we spoke to you recently because of “technical issues”. We are still having similar problems and have had to turn off and relink to second tv. Now we are unable to record any programs. Record button (red) shows but immediately goes off.
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: sony tv about 2 years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: menu works and problem is same on both tv’s
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Sony? What happened right before this?
Customer: technical issue has been a problem for about 3/4 weeks and the recording issue about 5 days
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

We still cannot connect to Sky. The Sky box has been pulsating blue for about 20 minutes but we cannot get started to connect. Can you please arrange for an engineer to call at earliest time or we will be cancelling our standing order as we have no service. Please acknowledge
