Thank you. Please use the last four digits of your Viewing Card, if you still have it. If that does not work, press the Services button, if available, on your Sky remote, then go to the Parental Control & Pin section, and then press the red button to reset it. Or press interactive if available on your Sky remote. Then select option Reset your PIN, and then follow the the on-screen instructions to set a new PIN.

If that still does not work, please sign in your Sky account at the website below, and then you can reset your PIN number there:
