Just purchased a Roku Steaming stick to view Discovery Plus in the UK, but unable to find it listed in Search Channels so unable to select it.
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Panasonic - about five years
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No - only the one I am seeking
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: I only purchased it this week
JA: Is there anything else the TV Expert should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
