Okay, the following is a troubleshooting step that should be tried and might help

  • Please disconnect the TV Power Cord from the wall outlet/ socket for 5 Minutes to reset, replug back in to reboot, and reply back with the result

Sorry to know that, it seems either the TV mainboard or the display panel/ the screen has got an internal; fault that is causing the trouble, really sorry about that news

It needs to replace the faulty mainboard or the screen of the TV to resolve the problem. Please contact Hitachi customer service in the UK and ask for the warranty cover if the TV is still under warranty to resolve the problem
