I have a web is tv I think it’s called but cannot get it to connect to the wifi
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: Lg about 18 months I think
JA: How long has this been going on with your LG appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: first time I’ve tried to do it
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: go into settings and turn it on there but it doesn’t give me the option

Okay, please grab the LG remote and push the Settings (gear icon) button and go to the Network option and select Wireless Network and press OK
