I went back to the doctors today and she test my pee today and this one came back clear. I told her why do I still feel that I have to pee all the time . She said I have a thing called irrable bladder is this right. Cause at the moment my anxiety is on the high and I'm just worried it is something more serous

I think you mean overactive bladder. It would be very unlikely for someone your age to have overactive bladder but it is possible. If they rule out urinary tract infection, then they may want to put you on medication for overactive bladder such as oxybutynin. Hope this helps.

Yes. Anxiety can cause overactive bladder symptoms. You likely need to be seen by a pelvic floor physical therapist to help treat this as well.
