My anal piles bleed quite heavily sometimes during stool. What to do?

Hello and thanks for trusting me to help you today. I look forward to working with you.

You need to get in to see your doctor immediately or go to the A&E for an exam. They need to first make sure that you are bleeding from the piles and not something else in the rectum. If you have not had a colonscopy in the past 5 years, they will need to do one. You may need to be referred to a general surgeon to remove the piles if they are bleeding heavily. Hope this helps.
