Well you should get yourself examined for any abnormalities and if your doctor confirms it then he would recommend an ultrasound on your scrotum to help diagnose your case.
Any issues with your bowel habits too ?
It could be irritable bowel syndrome which can present with crampy pain abdomen, bloating or indigestion.
You may take pepto-bismol to help with this. Avoid gas-forming foods in your diet.

Yes it needs an ulltrasound actually. We can only assess it further once we have the ultrasound report.
