Hi I have a small rash on my penis and I am not sure what it is? I am a overweight and sometimes I get troubled with yeast infections - s it might be this. However, I was exposed to an incident on Friday and the rash appeared the next day. I am obviously worried that I may have caught something.
JA: Is the condition chronic, or acute?
Customer: No idea sorry.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

Hi I am 44. I am married but I have met 2 or 3 guys recently - in the past 4 weeks.. I have never had full sex but I have performed and received oral sex with a condom. On Friday, I met a stranger and I allowed him to masturbate me. The next day my penis was sore (the skin around my penis - not the tip). I am obviously worried that I have caught something. My penis is a bit itchy but I am trying not to think about it. I have been using sudacrem since Saturday which has been helping.

The white is cream.

Sorry for late reply and inconvenience.

Thanks for all this additional information.

I understand your concern.

I reviewed your picture.

Well as you describe, the chances of STD are less likely.

It sounds like irritant/ friction-induced dermatitis due to rough oral sex and masturbation.

Now I would recommend some self-care measures like
Do cool water sitz bath with betadine solution twice a day for 5-10 minutes.
Clean the area with DIAL soap.
And afterward, apply OTC 1% hydrocortisone cream mixed with 1% Clotrimazole ointment twice a day.
And keep the area dry and clean.
Wear loose-fitting cotton clothes to prevent friction.
Take OTC Motrin and Claritin for a few days.

If you would develop open painful sores with penile discharge then STD panel should be done for a precautionary measure.

Let me know if you have any further query so we can discuss it thoroughly in every aspect.
