H

Got it--hold on please

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Ok

Have you tried anything to treat that?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Just moisturiser as if I can stop itching it, it drys out
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
What do you recommend I do

It's a common fungal infection for that area

Nothing to do with hygiene and not an STD

No specific trigger for it

Here are my suggestions--

https://www.boots.com/canesten-cream-20g-clotrimazole-10032792

https://www.boots.com/lanacane-anti-chafing-gel-30g-10071974

Applying both of those together twice a day for a week will soothe this and clear it up

Please let me know if you need any more information

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Are you 100%

I'm 100% sure of my diagnosis--it's not herpes or any STD

Please remember to rate my service to you so I can get credit for my time with you

My pleasure

I'm here if you ever need me again

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Do I apply both creams on the effected area?

Yes--both together twice a day to the affected area

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Do you have to buy these over the counter or can you get them off the shelf
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
And the canesten isn’t that for athletes foot?

It says for athlete's foot but it's an antifungal for anywhere

Yes, they are both over the counter at any pharmacy
