Hello. I'm Dr Chip
That's not a genital wart or herpes or any kind of infection

And totally benign

They're just a small epidermal inclusion cysts from a blocked oil gland

It doesn't need any treatment and these usually go away in a short time

Please let me know if you need any more information

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Just another image that shows it more clear
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It looks a little rashy

Very clear--no rash there, just the cysts

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Okay just one more to check I think its a little more clear. Why do I have these?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Also more on the side

Those are all cysts

As I said it's from blocked oil glands and there's really no specific reason why you get them

Please remember to rate my service to you so I can get credit for my time with you

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Can the cysts spread to the penile head?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
They look kind of similar?

Those are penile papules--not quite the same thing

But before we go on please rate my service to you

Dr. Chip and other Urology Specialists are ready to help you
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Oh yes sorry
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I thought penile pauples were just on the corona glans?

Also on the glans itself

But also totally benign but all of these can be gotten rid of with a CO2 laser treatment by a dermatologist

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
How do you know that it isnt an sti?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry if I'm asking too many questions, please let me know.

No problem at all with your questions

I've seen hundreds of STI's and hundreds of these and these simply don't look nothing like any STI like herpes or genital warts

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
They are evening spreading to the tip

Just papules

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
also they get red sometimes but at the moment they dont look inflamed but I use 1% hydrocortisone so its not red anymore.

What more do I need to tell you?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Why are they getting red and how do I stop it getting red. I only use warm water and I shower everyday.

Try an over the counter moisturizer like aloe vera lotion twice a day

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Just regular aloe vera? Is that okay?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
before or after showers

That's fine and after showers

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Is this okay?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
how do I apply and do I remove it after a certain amount of time?

Perfect

Just put it over your entire penis and you don't need to wash it off

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Is it an anti inflammatory?

No but these aren't inflamed

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Oh so what happens when they are going red? Why do they do this?

They just tend to do that but that's nothing worrisome

You're really overworrying about this

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Okay thank you so much doc, you're a life saver. So when my glans are patchy and red is it okay?

That's nothing to worry about

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
One final question, before I go to sleep. Do these pauples go under the corona?

Yes then can

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Thank you so much doc, is it okay if I message you if this progresses and gets worse?

Sure

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Thanks doc, thanks so much

You're very welcome

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The Aloe Vera seems to be working
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
But i think I have a purple penile pauple?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
File attached (5V6143L)

That's what it is and nothing worrisome

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
its just a purple pearly penile pauple?

Pearly penile papule

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Why is there like a purple cloud by it? I didnt know that I could get pearly penile pauples on my urinary meatus?

Yes you can and the purple is typical for it

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
What is the purple cloud?

Normal

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Please could I have some more info, I did ask if I could message you again. Sorry if I'm bothering you?

No bother but why does this worry you?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Because there is a purple spot on my urinart meatus and a cloud. Which I don't really know what they are and why they are there.

It's not any kind STD or infection and totally benign

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Okay thank you, ***** ***** it go. I've had it for nearly 2 months.

Give it another month

If it bothers you a dermatologist can get rid of it with a CO2 laser

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
What happens if it doesnt go after another month? Does it mean it is serious? Also does that cost money?

It would never be serious

And of course it would cost money--Probably about $200

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I live in UK, would the NHS cover it?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
in your professional opinion, what is this purple spot?

It's just a pearly penile papule

The NHS might cover it

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I spoke to another doctor on here and they said it is my parafrenular glans swelling? So who is right?

Basically that's just a different term for the same thing and still it's totally benign
