You are likely to be having oral herpes. This is transmitted through mouth to mouth transmission or sexual transmission. You should show a doctor for this. You need to be examined to confirm this.If oral herpes is confirmed, then you need to take medicines which will minimise the sores and give you relief. There are other causes of multiple oral ulcers like aphthous ulcers, food allergy, mucositis, ***** *****'s syndrome, etc. If tests show that this is not herpes, then these causes need to be excluded.
For now, take general measures like keeping your mouth clean and using an oral pain relieving gel like Orajel, Anbesol, Lanacane, Iglu, and Ultra Chloraseptic which will help you.
But do show to a doctor at the earliest.
Hope I have been able to clarify the situation for you and helped in resolving your query. If you need more help, please let me know so l can continue to assist you.Thank you and I wish you the best of health - stay safe!Dr. P. Jyoti
