Penis not sensitive cant ejaculate. I can only ejaculate when having a wet dream.

Good evening, I am Dr Ruff, thank you for contacting us today

I am sorry to hear this. How long has this been an issue for you? Has this always been a problem?

Customer: replied 11 days ago.
Its been recently about a year ago since i have been sexually active. Been struggling to ejaculate awake

Okay. Is it not being able to ejaculate with masturbation or sex or both?

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
Both i can from sex but takes a while

Okay thanks, ***** ***** had any tests to check for anything like testosterone deficiency?

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
Nope i havent had any tests currently

Okay, so given you have not, I would start by doing this. If this is normal I would then request a Urology referral to assess for certain dermatological conditions that can affect the penis which may reduce your sensitivity.

If this is all normal, it would suggest that this is a psychological condition which can then be dealt with via psychological therapies.

Your GP can do these blood tests so I would start with them.
