Sorry for the delay. I just ask that if the answer is not good news that you not shoot the messenger. Shooting the messenger is either leaving a negative rating (usually reserved for rude or unprofessional experts) or not leaving a positive rating at all.
While things are changing because of COVID-19 and we just don't know for sure anymore, a physical copy should not be necessary as long as it can be referenced or they can find the petition approval in their system which they should be able to. So you should be able to go forward with getting the visa as long as you can provide some reference to the approval, and also you probably have to wait until the U.S. Embassy or Consulate is open and we just don't know for sure then that ill happen.
