I have a problem with my vivaro. The battery light is on the stop light is on and the power steering isn't working

This sounds like the fault is with the alternator, first look to see if the fan/drive belt is still attatched to the front pulleys as they often snap.

If that is OK then you will need to test the battery voltage, it should be 12 volts stationary and when running it should go up to just under 14 volts, if it stays at 12 then the alternator will need replacing.

The power steering is not working as it is driven electricly and depends on the alternator.
