The coil pack is the most common cause on this model but I have seen many cheap after market ones fail repeatedly, have you also replaced the spark plugs they are often overlooked ?

After this check for air leaks around the inlet manifold split vac. pipes ect. and then test the cylinder compressions especially noting no.2 it may have a broken valve spring or a burnt valve.

The EGR valve also causes misfires but normally across all cylinders not just one.
