Welcome to Just answer,

Emulsified oil at the top of these family zero engines is quite normal an is present in nearly all of them, .

It forms in the cam cover and breather pipes as natural moisture mixes with oil vapour , as long as you are not loosing coolant then you really have nothing to worry about.

You can remove the cover and clean it out but it will eventually return.
