Good Morning and welcome to Justanswer. I am Dr. Loretta , a licensed veterinarian and am happy to answer your question.

I have a few questions to help me better assist you.

How old is this cat?

Does Willow fight wit this cat? Are they both neutered?

Can you separate the cats?

Thank you!

Sincerely, Dr. Loretta

Hi Catherine and thank you for the information...

I know it is hard but it appears that willow is not good for your friend....if she does scartch her, this could be very serious for her. if you cannot take her, it is better to find a better hme for her that will not harm the owner.

I worry very mcuh about your nieghbor and you...this is not helathy and there must be other alternatives. Do you know of any? Please let me know...I am happy to help.
