Our chinchilla, ChiChi got loose and before we could catch

Customer Question

Our chinchilla, ChiChi got loose and before we could catch her she got stepped on. There was no bleeding from ears, nose or mouth. She also doesn't seem to be in pain or favoring any part of her body. However she does now have a small nick on her botXXXXX XXXXXp. We have tried feeding her but she cant seem to eat. She turns the food all around, and then eventually gives up. I am concerned that she may have a broken jaw, but i am not sure.  I touched her jaw, and she didn't act in pain.  She's not making any unusual noises when we touch her.  How can we get her to eat and determine if she is more seriously injured.
