Customer Question

My 14 week old dog de bordeaux had injections (last ones just over a week ago)
Since then he has developed 2 sores on his toes. Firs one after first jabs, second one after second set.
We took him to the vet after the first sore appeared but he wasn't sure what it was and said to bathe it and gave us some hibiscrub to bathe it with. After a couple more days we squeezed some pus out but wasn't getting better and his temperature seemed raised so back to the vet. This time 5 days of antibiotics and some pro-kolin for diorreah which came on after second injections.
He finished antibiotics yesterday and seems quite warm to touch but doesn't seem bothered apart from that. The sores are still there and although don't seem to be bothering him too much aren't getting better. I don't really want to get more antibiotics do you think they will heal on their own or should I make another trip to the vet?

Thanks so much!
