She hasnt been eating properly for about 6 weeks but this last week shes hardly tuched any thing, she was seen by 3 vets on different visits no bloods were done or xrays, shes not on any medications, she has been spayed, never been ill before

Have you tried offering human food? If so, did she eat it?

i've tryed everything from rice, pasta, chicken, sausage, she might have one or two pieces, but thats it, she looks interested untill its put under her nose, then she turns her head away

Friend, not eating is not a disease but a symptom of an underlying medical problem. Just about any disease that can affect a dog will cause a decrease in appetite; anything from dental disease, hormonal disorders, kidney or liver disease, etc. In this case, she has diarrhea which is a symptom of either primary gastrointestinal disorders like infections, parasites, IBS, etc. Or, secondary to a systemic disease like kidney or liver disease, tumors, etc. to name a few causes. She is not eating because she does not feel as a result of a gastrointestinal problem as described above.

In this case, the first place to start is a recheck examination with family veterinarian, xrays, fecal analysis and blood work as initial screening test. Treatment will be based on exam and test results. Pending test results discuss with your vet about starting her on a medication called Flagyl (metronidazole), this will help with the diarrhea. Once underlying medical problem is identified, treated and corrected her appetite should go back to normal. In the meantime, blend rice with boiled boneless chicken and force feed her small amounts with a turkey baster 4-6 times a day.

My goal is to provide you with excellent service – if you feel you have gotten anything less, please reply back. I am happy to address follow-up questions. Thank you for your business and I hope to work with you again soon!
