I have a male staffy about seven years old he has a problem with shaking especialy in his hind quarters he has it for a while but it seems to be getting worse can you help

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Can you tell me, please, if his shaking resolves when moving or recumbent? If so, you're seeing orthostatic tremors - a fine tremor of the postural muscles that occurs only while standing, squatting to urinate/defecate, or attempting to lie down and subsides when walking, running, or in recumbency. This condition usually improves with phenobarbital or gabapentin administration.
