Hello, I'm Dr. Deb. I recently came online and see that your question about Defer hasn't been answered. I'm sorry that you've had to wait for a reply but if you'd still like your question addressed, I can help.
I can't think of a single situation where it wouldn't be acceptable to give a dog probiotics although perhaps if they had a bad reaction to them (something I've never seen), it wouldn't be advisable. Therefore, you can give her probiotics while she's taking the other medications you mentioned. In fact, I'd strongly encourage you to so do since studies have demonstrated that probiotics may help to strengthen the immune system in certain patients.
In my opinion, there's no risk or downside to starting them.
I hope this helps although, again, my profuse apologies for the delayed reply. Deb
I'm sorry that I was off my computer when you responded back but I did want to thank you for the rating; it's greatly appreciated.I'm not sure what you have available in the UK but the following are canine-specific probiotics which I recommend:Forti Flora https://www.proplanveterinarydiets.com/products/fortiflora-dog-probiotics/ProViable http://www.proviable.com/Protegrity GI https://www.kemin.com/images/files/13-KCH-SS_Protegrity_GI_v08FNB.pdfThere probiotics are available in the States at many local/pet stores or can be purchased online without a prescription (because they're not drugs).Deb
You're more than welcome and best of luck with her.I hope you both have a good holiday season as well. Deb
