My 7 month old puppy ckcs is whimpering, she’s quite not her

Hello my 7 month old puppy ckcs is whimpering, she’s quite not her normal feisty self plus her breath selfs really bad, all her teeth are good, but she’s still eating her food which is a complete raw food diet. Now i have 4 ckcs all eating the same food & is always there with her, any idea what it can be?

Regretfully, while her whimpering and halitosis are important clinical signs, they're not pathognomonic (specifically indicative) of any one particular disorder. Cervical lymphadenopathy (swollen lymph nodes), however, can indicate both local (oral, usually) or systemic infection, immune-mediated disorders, and neoplasia such as lymphoma.
