She has given birth to two kittens but on the scan she had she was pregnant with more and I'm just concerned it been over an hour

I understand your concern at this time. Thankfully, dystocia (difficult birth) is quite uncommon in cats - an incidence of just 0.22% of cats. Please note that normal parturition can take over 24 hours. The median parturition length is ~8 hours with a wide range of 4 - 42 hours. I believe that if you're patient you're going to be rewarded with her usual parcel of pusses!
