My cat (about 17) - her hind legs have collapsed beneath her

Customer Question

hello - my cat (about 17) - her hind legs have collapsed beneath her - she can hardly move, or bring herself to stand; she is not eating. She allows me to stroke her and purrs as usual. She yowels every now and then but not much more than normal.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. What is your cat's name and age?
Customer: Mary. 17
JA: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about Mary?
Customer: i don't think so - she has since so healthy (at least since from a kitten)

I'm sorry to hear this. Does she have any movement in the back legs at all? Also do her paws feel warm still to the touch?
