My springer spaniel appears to have eaten 4 packets of chewing gum containing xylitol sweetener. Probably about 4-5 hours ago. Not showing any ill effects yet. Will it wait until morning or should I contact a vet immediately? Thanks
Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. The Expert will know if your springer spaniel will be able to digest that. What is your springer spaniel's name and age?
Customer: Gizmo, 11 yrs
Assistant: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about Gizmo?
Customer: Only several years ago he found and ate 5 large chocolate Easter eggs with no problem!
