Customer Question

Hi I’ve just been online but lost the page
Assistant: What sort of animal are we talking about?
Customer: A hamster called clive
Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. What is wrong with the hamster?
Customer: hes very lethargic at the moment and will stay in one specific spot of the cage
Assistant: Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The Expert will know how to help the hamster. What is the hamster's name and age?
Customer: Clive and I’m not sure I brought him from pets at home
Assistant: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about the hamster?
Customer: no

I've been working hard to find a Professional to assist you with your question, but sometimes finding the right Professional can take a little longer than expected.

I wonder whether you're ok with continuing to wait for an answer. If you are, please let me know and I will continue my search. If not, feel free to let me know and I will cancel this question for you.

Thank you!
