Hello! My name is***** will be the expert to assist you today with your vet-related questions.

So is Josh lame at all? Do you know if he's passed any urine or faeces today? Has he had his dinner as normal? What's his level of energy? Any vomiting?

As I mentioned over the phone, for constipation we use (human) Lactulose. The dosage varies quite a bit, from 2ml to 5ml up to three times a day (depending on weight and bowel response). I normally start with "2 ml twice a day" and if no effect in 24h increase to "2 ml three times a day".
