Hi. My 4 month old kitten has a bloody nose, hes eyes are rolling and hes also shivering, i dont know what hes done why this is happening
JA: Hi there. I'll do all I can to help. How badly is the kitten bleeding?
Customer: Its calmed abit now but hes eyes are not opening right, i dont know if hes knocked his face
JA: What's the kitten's name?

Does "eyes are rolling" mean nystagmus - flicking back and forth most often in a horizontal plane?

No. When he opens his eyes only a little they just look swollen and i think hes just trying to open them but can't for too long, hes panting a little to and it sounds like theres blood stuck up his nose still. We reckon he might of slipped and banged his head as hes always climbing

I agree. Head trauma is most likely. George's vet can provide a potent nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug and treat with intravenous mannitol if the vet thinks brain swelling is present.
