Hello, you are through to Dr Linda, a UK based vet. I am just typing my reply.

Many owners feed their dogs bone with no issue. Larger dogs tend to cope better.Bones can cause issues including fractured teeth, gut obstruction and constipation. So do monitor for symptoms such as vomiting, a reduced appetite, straining to pass stool or lethargy. If Otto remains well over the next few days, I wouldn't be concerned. If he does develop signs, he should be brought in to the vet right away.At home, offer bland and digestible food such as chicken and rice and monitor him closely.
