Based on the pictures, I strongly suspect is not good news. Given her age, I think she might have developed some form of hormonal disease (you can see the hyperpigmented areas on the body) and they're often incurable. I can;t exclude parasites either, but I've never seen such a bad hyperkeratosis due to parasites to be honest.
My best recommendation is to try to seek a hands=on examination at your local vet. He/she can do extensive skin tests (skin scrapes, hair plucs, microscopy examination) and start from there. We usually initiate treatment with a product called Xeno (for external parasites) if there's no sign of infection
But having looked at the pictures, I suspect we are dealing mostly with a serious internal medical condition rather than a skin issue. There are some vets (Exotic Specialists) that would be confident in sampling some bloods from Tiny, but your local vet would need to do a proper referral to them
