Hello, you are through to Dr Linda, a UK based vet.

Did the dish contain any garlic, onions or chilli powder?

Did he eat a very large amount?

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
It had some chilli in it, no I don't think he ate much, but I can't really say

Thank you.

Luckily none of the ingredients are toxic and I would not be concerned at all.

He may have a mild stomach upset so do watch closely for any signs such as vomiting, diarrhoea or a reduced appetite.

It is sensible to feed a bland diet of just boiled chicken and white rice for 24 hours to help his gut settle. If he does develop mild diarrhoea, a short course of probiotics would be a great idea.

OK thats great my friend jas left me something to give him if he does have loose stools, I honestly didn't think he would be able to reach it. So it will just cause him an upset tummy nothing else, I feel so bad
