Hi there, this is Dr Linda, a UK based vet.

I'm sorry to hear this and understand your concern for her.

Does she rub or scratch at the eye?

Is she squinting or is there any discharge from her eye?

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
She does not appear irritated by it, she has not scratch or rubbed it.She is having additional tears staining from the eye. No noted discharge from the lump

It started on her eye lid around a week before she got pregnant, has a small red dot in the middle and it's slowly been getting larger the further into her pregnancy she is getting

A lesion like this can be a number of things including a meibomian gland cyst, wart or tumour.

It looks like it may be scratching her eye a little, which could explain the tearing.

We'd worry about a corneal ulcer and/or mild infection.

As it is growing, I'd want us to either sample or remove it.

I'd also want her eye stained for ulcers and suspect she'll need some antibiotic eye drops.

The vet may treated medically now and surgically after delivery, depending on what is found.

I have tried to get a vet appointment for weeks, but my vet isn't able to offer appointments bookings. What do you suggest ?
Expert:  Linda Simmon replied 10 days ago.

At home, we are limited.

We should bathe the eye with cotton wool and warm water regularly.

The sooner she can be seen the better as it is her eye affected.
