Thank you.Any sort of tackiness or dryness of the gums is a worry at his age.Puppies can become unwell very quickly.
They are prone to dehydration and low blood sugar. At this age, we do worry if they miss even one regular meal or feed. His lethargy, mucus poos and vomiting are a worry. At this point, I'd want him seen by a vet.He may require fluids and medicine such as an anti nausea injection. It is possible this is a reaction to the wormer or to the food he's being weaned onto. We'd also consider an infection or stress related colitis (lower gut inflammation).

At his age, if he is refusing feeds now and can't be convinced to eat his puppy food, this is a worry.I'd want him seen by a vet today.

He ate puppy food and milk from the mother
Customer:

This morning but is just really quiet and flaked out

Ok, good.We need to ensure he continues to eat and drink. However, if be remains lethargic or continues to vomit, he does need to be seen.Any illness at this age must be taken seriously and these little ones can go downhill quickly.

I’m giving him water via one of those things you measure the liquid medication with and he’s drinking it
