Customer: replied 10 days ago.

Expert:  Linda Simmon replied 10 days ago.
Thank you.Any sort of tackiness or dryness of the gums is a worry at his age.Puppies can become unwell very quickly.
They are prone to dehydration and low blood sugar. At this age, we do worry if they miss even one regular meal or feed. His lethargy, mucus poos and vomiting are a worry. At this point, I'd want him seen by a vet.He may require fluids and medicine such as an anti nausea injection. It is possible this is a reaction to the wormer or to the food he's being weaned onto. We'd also consider an infection or stress related colitis (lower gut inflammation).

Ok
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
He was still feeding from the mother this morning
Expert:  Linda Simmon replied 10 days ago.
At his age, if he is refusing feeds now and can't be convinced to eat his puppy food, this is a worry.I'd want him seen by a vet today.
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
He ate puppy food and milk from the mother
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
This morning but is just really quiet and flaked out
Expert:  Linda Simmon replied 10 days ago.
Ok, good.We need to ensure he continues to eat and drink. However, if be remains lethargic or continues to vomit, he does need to be seen.Any illness at this age must be taken seriously and these little ones can go downhill quickly.
Expert:  Linda Simmon replied 10 days ago.
Oh sorry, I thought you meant he just ate and drank. If he hasn't since this morning please have him seen now.
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
I’ll try and get an appointment today
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
He vomited once
Expert:  Linda Simmon replied 10 days ago.
an appointment today is best. This window stays open so you can keep me updated and ask any further questions you may have.
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
He ate royal canin at 10am
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
I’m giving him water via one of those things you measure the liquid medication with and he’s drinking it
Expert:  Linda Simmon replied 10 days ago.
While that's good, and do continue to do this, I'd make a vet appointment now.
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
