Received message with regard booking an appointment for vaccihation
JA: What type of animal are we talking about?
Customer: A CAT
JA: I'll do all I can to help. Can you tell me a little more about the cat's situation? How long has this been a concern?
Customer: Over due his annual vaccination, otherwise healthy, and regestered with pdsa
JA: Does the cat ever go outside? Is he taking any medications?
Customer: No medication, only in our private garden sometimes
JA: And what's the cat's name and age?
Customer: SPYRO, not sure about age could be 8
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know?
Customer: Need worming tablet and flee drops
