I'm sorry to hear this and understand your concern for Snoopy.
Is he retching or reverse sneezing?
Can he eat a treat and take a drink?
Would it be possible to send a video?
In between episodes is he completely normal?
I cannot make calls but we can talk via typing if that is ok.
Thank you, understood.
Any nasal discharge or sneezing?
How frequent are the episodes happening?

You could also upload to a video sharing site like YouTube and post the link here.

Bless her, she's lovely.
The videos are very clear.
As these signs have come on abruptly, I would be most suspicious of a foreign body in the nose or throat, such as a grass awn or blade.

If she cannot settle and signs continue, ideally she would see a vet now.
Any foreign body may be able to be removed under light sedation.
Less commonly, we need to perform a scope and retrieve the object that way.
If there is no foreign body, she'll likely benefit from some anti inflammatories and possible some antibiotics.
Yes, your vet should offer an out of hours service.
If unsure where this is located, the details should be on your vet's website or answering machine.
I do hope that this has been useful and please let me know if there is anything else.
Take care,
Linda.
