Diarrhoea which contains some blood isn't uncommon at this age.Possible causes could include parasites, the abrupt diet change (we would ideally transition from the old to the new food over several days), an infection etc. It's important kittens are wormer from 3 weeks of age, every 3 weeks until 12 weeks old.I'd give a broad acting wormer such as Panacur today. I'd also give a probiotic anti diarrhoea paste such as protexin prokolin. Both products can be purchased online or from a pet shop. While the stool is abnormal, feed small meals of chicken and rice alongside plenty of water. Once better, transition back to the kitten food.Ensure Ronaldo remains well and is gaining weight daily. The stool should improve each day.

Chicken and rice human food?
Expert:  Linda Simmon replied 14 days ago.
Exactly. Just small portions of boiled white rice and chicken, which is very easy for kittens to digest.
