Panasonic lumix tz30 colour loss colour on screen is perfect but is burnt out on playback it is a new camera have I set it up right it happens in all settings help
Hello my name is***** look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem.
What you are describing could be caused by a defective sensor. Have you tried restoring it to factory settings yet?
Since it is new if it is the sensor you should be able to return it and exchange it for another.

how do I restore tofactory settings

Press the menu/set button and then go to setup.
Here choose the reset option.

Darn, that is not a good sign. Unfortunately then I would return the camera and exchange it for another. You should not have this problem with a new one and if it was just a setting that reset would fix it. This unfortunately means the problem is most likely the CCD sensor needing to be replaced.
