my digital camera zoom is stuck, I think theres som sand in it
Assistant: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: its lumix panasonic i think , a few years old
Assistant: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I think it has a few grains of sand in it as it made a grinding noise now it wont move. the screen sayssystem error zoom

Hi there and welcome

Can you please turn the camera upside down and put it on something that vibrates such as an electric razor

With it on and vibrating, power the camera off and then on up to 10 times and tell me if this gets the lens working again and unstuck
