I have a panasonic HC-V520 camcorder, is it possible to remove the recording mode icon from the HDMI output, if so how? It seems to be possible to get rid of all the other on-screen info.

Thanks Dan, it seems that using JustAnswer frightened the camera maybe. This morning I tried using a cvbs AV cable and the mode icon was not there! I swapped to the HDMI cable and icon was not there either. Somehow the icon disappeared over night??
