the MAP sensor is a 5 v device so you should have a 5V +ve, a ground wire , and a signal wire
as you have probably worked out that fault code is showing an issue with that sensor
so I'd consider replacing it and also check the condition of the wiring to it
its also possible that the sensor is fine and the turbo is being a bit enthusiastic and overboosting
So check the small vacuum lines to the turbo and its connected control solenoid on the bulkhead, any cracks or leaks can give turbo issues
or the wastegate may be sticking
