I can’t connect my phone or Bluetooth to my car
JA: Does your device require a code?
Customer: I’m not so sure....it says “telephone not available”
JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: Volkswagen Polo 2015
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I've tried factory reset and rebooting...same issue occurs
JA: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: The Bluetooth just says unavailable
